We booked Amber Henry Photography (last year) for my daughter's wedding just by looking at Amber's work. The wedding took place this past Saturday (June 3) and Amber did NOT disappoint!! She is a little spitfire who did not stop until the end of the evening!! We've seen just a small sampling of the wedding pictures and I can't wait to see them all!! She is the BEST!!!! We hired Act One Entertainment to provide a DJ, photo booth and uplighting for our daughter’s wedding reception in June, 2017. Chuck Spencer was responsible for providing these services, and WOW, what a fantastic job he did! The uplighting was beautiful … the photo booth was a big hit … and Chuck is a GREAT DJ! Not only was he friendly and entertaining all night long, he made sure everything moved along according to schedule. He also put together videos for the Bride/Groom, Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances that brought tears to some eyes. Thank you Chuck, for helping make Lauren and Justin’s wedding day a joyous, unforgettable experience for us.
Even though this is a review for Act One Entertainment, I think it would be very helpful for anyone planning a wedding to know that Chuck works closely with Amber from Amber Henry Photography and with Jeff Carpenter from Design Haven Studios. You couldn’t go wrong by hiring any of them independently, but if you hire them together, it will be one of the best decisions you will make. Amber is an amazing, creative photographer and Jeff is amazing, creative videographer. The three businesses are located in the same building and Chuck, Amber and Jeff love working with each other; and it shows. They know each other’s requirements and help each other rather than get in each other’s way. We were fortunate enough to hire each of them (book early) and it was truly a blessing for us. They were always upbeat and smiling and made us feel like we were family. We knew that they wanted everything to be perfect and it was a huge comfort to be able to put our trust in them. It was a real pleasure having them spend the day with us. My wife referred to them as the “dream team of weddings” in her reviews; a very fitting label. - Richard Stuart

Chuck and and his staff provided the entertainment for my wife Katie, and our guests. And WOW they did an amazing job! From start to finish Chuck made sure everything was in order prior to walking into the hall and took care of any wants/needs from myself and my bride throughout the evening. Any changes that were requested regarding songs he came to us first to get the ok!
Prior to our date Chuck always ran through all the details and explained how everything typically worked, but he always let us do everything how we wanted to do it! He always gave his best advice on anything that was planned prior to! He even made sure if we needed any help or not at our ceremony!
As for the reception, Chuck if you are reading this I believe you can agree that the dance floor was completely full all night!! It truly was amazing how involved he was with everyone from the games to sending tables up for dinner, to the song requests he took from the guests! We had a lot going on throughout the evening and he still had everything running just as planned!
We couldn't have made a better choice than going with Chuck and Act One Entertainment!
